About the Role

As an AI Agent Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating and managing AI-powered agents that support internal operations, marketing workflows, CRM processes, and customer-facing systems.

You'll collaborate closely with leadership, developers, and non-technical stakeholders to:

• Identify automation opportunities
• Design AI agent logic and workflows
• Deploy, test, document, and improve intelligent systems over time

This is a hands-on builder role, not a research or purely theoretical position.

What You'll Do

• Design and deploy AI agents using LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Build multi-step agent workflows (decision-making, memory, tool usage)
• Integrate AI agents with platforms such as:
• CRMs (including Go High Level)
• WordPress and web applications
• Marketing and analytics tools
• Internal dashboards and systems
• Create automations using tools like:
• Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar
• Custom API integrations
• Implement prompt frameworks, guardrails, and evaluation logic
• Optimize AI agents for:
• Accuracy
• Cost efficiency
• Reliability in real-world use
• Document systems and contribute to internal SOPs
• Monitor performance and iterate based on feedback and results

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering
• Experience building or deploying AI agents or advanced automations
• Comfortable working with APIs, JSON, and structured data
• Experience with at least one automation platform (Make, Zapier, n8n, etc.)
• Strong systems thinker who can break down complex workflows into logic
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Organized, detail-oriented, and documentation-driven

Nice-to-Have (Not Required)

• Experience with:
• LangChain, OpenAI Assistants, or similar frameworks
• Vector databases and embeddings
• WordPress or headless CMS environments
• CRM platforms beyond Go High Level
• Basic JavaScript or Python
• Experience deploying AI in real business environments, not just demos

Work Schedule & Availability

• Core office hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST, Monday-Friday
• We offer flexibility to start up to 4 hours earlier in the day
• This is a remote position, but collaboration during shared business hours is important

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $1,500 to $2,000
